OUR HISTORY
THE GERMS-FREE CORPORATION is an international medical, science, health and pharmaceutical corporation started in 2009 during the H1N1 pandemic - based in Europe & Canada.
The Germs-Free Corporation is owned by Äuger Groupe Corporation & Äeugen Holdings Group GmBh - a Swiss umbrella investment conglomerate launched in 2001 with ownerships in commercial real estate and commodities such as Energy, Mining, Paper, Steel, Food, Minerals, Currency, etc.
The Germs-Free Corporation is a NICHE corporation created to proactively develop and curate medical, surgical, health and pharmaceutical turn-key solutions that help eliminate bacteria and germs that spread common colds, general infections and viruses like COVID,SARS, MERS, EBOLA, H1N1, EVALI, etc.
Before 2019, we primarily serviced international industries like maritime, logistics, farming, chemical, construction, mining, CSI, biological studies, health organizations, etc.
OUR COMPANY
In 2019, we officially entered the US market in NY, Miami, Chicago & LA and expanded our B2B product sales to include first responders, hospitals, clinics, schools, elderly homes & food service companies.
We opened three US subsidiaries -The COVID Care Group Corporation, Germs-Free Inc. and our wholesale distribution stores called Health Medical Store (www.healthmedicalstore.com).
In Autumn 2023, we will expand again into the medical B2C and retail market - launching our retail product shops and sales offices together with our full Medical E-commerce platform called - Unknown Medical (www.unknownmedical.com).
